Our Mission Hue Medical College was founded in August, 1959 and offers MD, MA and PhD programs for Central Vietnam. The Office of Genetic Counseling and Disabled Children (OGCDC) was established by the Hue Medical College in January, 1999. Its purpose is to serve the needs of Disabled Children in Central Vietnam, especially Quang Tri, Quang Binh and Thua Thien - Hue provinces. These provinces are very poor and were heavily damaged in wartime. The OGCDC has seven main objectives:
