Job Training and Special EducationThe OGCDC helps to support special programs for the blind, hearing and speech impaired, and mentality handicapped. For example, programs at the "Vocational Center for Handicapped and Orphaned Children" provide training in garment construction and woodworking that will enable graduates to earn a living and become productive members of society.
